  • Tertiary qualification eg F&B or Hotel management Certificate / Diploma
  • Must have 4 years Restaurant Management experience in an a la carte environment
  • Good service skills and superior wine knowledge
  • Excellent front of house as well as staff management skills
  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English
  • MS Office and Pilot Pos
  • Valid driver's license and own reliable transport
  • Preferably residing in the Stellenbosch area
